Roberta’s House is now recognized as an Opioid Response Program (ORP) through the City of Baltimore’s Opioid Restitution Fund. We provide culturally responsive grief support and harm reduction resources to individuals and families impacted by substance use and overdose. Through the HOPELine, we connect our community to healing, education, and lifesaving tools.

“More than 60% of individuals with opioid use disorder report a history of traumatic loss.”

Track Local Overdose Trends in Real Time

To better understand the evolving drug supply and overdose risk across Maryland, the Maryland Department of Health has expanded its Overdose Data Dashboard to include the Rapid Analysis of Drugs (RAD) module.

This statewide drug checking initiative analyzes residue from used equipment to identify emerging substances and trends. The data is updated frequently and can be viewed by jurisdiction, offering near real-time insight into what is circulating in local communities.

This tool can help individuals, families, and community partners:
  • Stay informed about emerging substance risks
  • Support safer use practices and harm reduction strategies
  • Guide targeted naloxone distribution and outreach efforts
  • Strengthen community-wide overdose prevention responses
